As a cofounder not spending any investors’ money on salary, have to figure out diff ways to prepare our chicken’s eggs near daily to keep food costs down. Today is tostadas w/ kewpie mayo, eggs, little cheese, & onion chili crisp.

Tostadas, shredded cheese and chili crisp from Dollar Tree, eggs from farm I’m on - didn’t use any butter a tiny bit of oil w the eggs. But many times I fry them w butter!
