This diagram from Zargham and Shermin has been living in my head rent-free — human steering, algorithmic policy, and infrastructure all feeding back into each other. But I keep wondering: What happens between policy and action? How do systems handle exceptions without breaking trust? Curious if anyone here has tried to build in this gap. Feels like something critical lives here. Would love to connect if you're exploring this layer too.

Reverse game theory — yes. What I’m seeing now is how fragile most mechanisms become at runtime. Been working on something that keeps the loop intact — even when agents drift.
