Hey everyone! Q for the group. My current understanding is that most AI tools that can synthesize design research are based on what is said, not how it is said. Do you have any pointers on tools or methods that help us understand the context and broader observations?

At a minimum, do we have tools that take into account tone? Even better, do we have any tools take into non-verbal signals?

Here's a simple example for tone. Let's say a user says, "Oh that's great" in response to concept A. Depending on how she says that, it can be a genuine expression of liking something or it can be very sarcastic.

Can you be a little more specific with the end goal? 

Tone is heavily accounted for in certain NLP systems, but otherwise useless in others. I think the end goal is important to understand before answering.
