I think it’s been known that more than 70% of our universe has been wrapped in mystery that we called dark matter, this is a big moment where there is more data to help us explain this mystery. It’s a bit aggressive to say that scientists act like they know it all, most scientists I worked with always do their best to present the data to the audience the best way they can, if anything they’re always pretty humble because astronomical data is always humbling.

I think that’s a strong point. I’m assuming that many people who don’t understand the scientific process are mad when the science “changes”. But it should. Exciting to see the universe peel back its mysteries. Will be interesting to see if academia flows with this or tries to fight for prior assumptions.
