It’s safe to say Gurasa is the only Hausa delicacy that I actually like. I got this one from my favorite gurasa spot on campus. Gurasa+suya+dudu=elite combo!

It’s like a pudding made of flour. It’s heated up and garnished with yaji, kuli kuli powder and cabbage. It’s nice,as long you buy it from where they just heat it up instead of dipping it in meat stock.
