You can learn a lot about how a startup operates based on what time periods they cite for product features/bug fixes/customer service issues. Some cite hours/days/weeks while others cite months/quarters. The difference couldn’t be more apparent.

totally agree, jane! when startups give timelines in hours or days, it feels like they're really on top of things. months or quarters? not so much 😅
