Zooming out... Citizens of most countries are unhappy. Bloated bureaucracies, opaque decision making & spending. Disengagement at workplaces is at an all time high & corporations are last bastions of dictatorship. Surprising that we want something better?

There are many issues with centralised systems, but it wasn‘t possible to build decentralised ones before. We now have technologies to build decentralised systems, but to continue towards decentralisation, we must make DAOs work better. There is no other option.

Now with better tooling & understanding of DAOs, we need to show people that: - Decentralised =/= chaotic - Autonomy isn‘t opposite of accountability - Voting =/= whales get to decide - DAOs can be leaderful, not just leaderless - DAOs aren‘t going anywhere!

Tokens allow us to build networks that reward things we find valuable, rather than what makes the most $. DAOs can align workers, investors & users into a single group of stakeholders — and after all, the factory isn‘t going to pollute the town if it's owned by the townsfolk.

Finally, we think DAOs will offer a legitimate career path, allowing people to set their own perfect mix. Hopefully, with the best of all worlds: - Community of having a job - Freedom of being a freelancer - Ownership of being a founder - Security of multiple income streams
