~ bench press 50kg; 15 x 10 reps 35kg; 25 x 10 reps, ~ dumbell curls; lost count of the reps, ~ declined push ups; 15 reps multiple times, ~ overhead press 35kg; 10 x 5 reps, arms and chest workout today :) leg day tomorrow….. but mhen i hate leg day :(
