Most recent $L for me is my sense of doubt stopping me from trying things out 

I saw this post ~6 hours ago and ignored it, took me seeing it spread to genuinely engage 

I’ve noticed this pattern multiple places recently (doubting farcaster against twitter so deciding not to engage)

I’m trying to change that

Finally tried out the osso buko recipe from 4 hour chef and was able to add some cilantro, mint, lemon, and feta to make it into a much lighter lamb salad

You really can just do things.
