After 15 reps 90lbs deadlift, leg extension 320 lbs max 15 reps, 270 lbs 15 reps, glute extension 50 lbs 15 reps, then sauna for 10 min at 165 F. BP before exercise is about 130-85, after is 95/51. Pretty effective BP lowering methods.
