Can we talk about Mbappe's form rn? I remember when he joined Madrid couple of seasons ago and was puzzled how he'd fit into the Madrid XI perfectly with Vini and Rodrygo on the wings (Mind you, they had the likes of Brahim Diaz and just signed Arda Guler as a RW). Saw he was gonna play CF and I just thought he wasn't going to perform at his best since that's his secondary position 'cause he plays better off the left. Last season, he did very well in that position but Madrid's performance, according to their standards, was drab and overshadowed his performance for the team (Still got into Ballon D'Or T10 but rival fans underrated it). This season, he looks like a more hungry animal. Has settled into that CF role perfectly and is going to score a whole lot of goals this season, if fit throughout.
