Talk to builders like builders. Make it dead simple: if you can’t show work, don’t show up. The staged funding is solid. But you’ve got to be brutal about follow-ups—no updates, no second payment. Make it clear: this isn’t a charity, and set a clear tone for Arrow. Start with 5–10 projects max. Anything more and it’s chaos. Track them publicly. Call out slow ones, uplift the consistent ones. Make that public accountability your culture. That 0.011 ETH weekly reward idea is smart—it’s low risk, but if done right, it can create a real rhythm. Just don’t let it become routine filler updates. Set clear expectations for what a “real” update is. And when you scale later, let those first 5–10 project leads decide who gets in next. That’s your filter. Don’t build open doors. Build a tight hallway. Arrow’s strength will come from how serious you are about not wasting time or attention. If someone’s showing up just to be seen, not to build, they should feel out of place.
