One of the best and most thoughtful podcast convos I've heard in a long, long time. Highly recommended. I especially love the sensible, even-handed takes on memecoins, sustainable cash flow, and the multi-dimensionality of creators. So good that I think I'm going to listen to it again, all the way through.

I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on it if you're so inclined. I watched it again last night, and enjoyed it even more the second time. Took 5 pages of notes. It's quite rare for me to watch a podcast twice, because I usually absorb this kind of info better through text than audio/video. I'm actually half-tempted to write a *review* of this podcast, or at least a bullet-point list of reasons why I find it so enjoyable compared to other podcasts. Never done that before.

Decided to just drop a short list of some "meta" things I appreciate about this podcast convo while it's on my mind, since I probably won't have time to write a proper review. - warmth and rapport: they clearly respect each other, and that comes through in their convo - skilled editing (demonstrates respect for the listener’s time) - pace and cadence of conversation - humility and self-awareness on both sides - minimal conversational crowding (i.e., when one is thinking, the other usually pauses to allow them to gather their thoughts rather than interrupting and talking over them) - don’t think I heard a single β€œum” in the entire convo This doesn't even touch on the subject matter, which is equally worthy of appreciation. But I'll leave it at that for now.

That's a strong pitch! I'm about to listen to this as I walk to the library to restart my final editing sprint. I probably won't have a written reply right away, but will put it on top of my "to do" list!
