"You don’t write on Paragraph to grow fast. You write here to write forever. To find your people. To own your work. To publish for the long game." Nailed it. Instant sell. That value prop is precisely what I've been hoping for ever since I first joined Paragraph. In fact I thought this was the direction they were headed at the time, and it's one of the reasons I was so excited when I first joined (Jan 2023). Writers who publish occasionally, or at least on a slower cadence than the Substack norm, have been ignored. I'd be delighted to see Paragraph nail this market. There's potential for compounding value there. Like many literary nerds I appreciate Stripe Press, so I was basically looking for the seeds of what might eventually become Paragraph Press -- a fully composable open publishing layer, with onchain proof of origin plus customizable monetization options only possible in crypto.
