mmm ok, tipnearn website has a connect wallet... but i'll add on the FC wallet and hope for the best... i've extracted the seed but i read something about not working on external wallet... seems odd

staking is supported only in the mini app, but I believe if you set your primary wallet to an external wallet on FC and connect that to the tipn mini app you should be able to stake that way
