as a rule, yes difference being absolutely no cool down or lock period with $tipn (very smart) which is my #1 issue with staking generally, so if you can simply unstake and take your money whenever you want this makes it less of a nefarious way for a team to artificially suppress supply + more of a fun flywheel to participate in

big difference also is that the staking rewards are in usdc and not in tipn
