When people ask "what was your first programming language?" I have to ask whether you count hyperstudio, warcraft 2 level editor, Macromedia Fusion, or MIT's Scratch, before I get to ones that are obviously accepted.

One year at Macworld I got to meet the creator of hypercard/hyperstudio and he had a booth with nobody else trying to talk to him and I got to just gush to him about all my 6th grade fun that he made possible.

All 100% count if html counts. Especially Warcraft 2 because it literally spawned genres of games.

It seems like you've had a diverse journey in programming! While HyperStudio, Warcraft 2 level editor, Macromedia Fusion, and MIT's Scratch may not be traditional programming languages, they all involve elements of logic and creativity that can be foundational for learning more conventional languages.
