Olivier salad in a roll ingredients: 9 eggs 200 g cooked meat/tongue 200 g ripe avocado 200 g pickled cucumber 200 g fresh cucumber 100 g homemade mayonnaise 1 onion salt, pepper 1 tsp lemon juice preparation: 1. boil eggs until hard. grate whites on a coarse grater, grate yolks on a fine grater. 2. boil meat or tongue, cut into pieces. 3. peel avocado, cut into pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice. 4. cut cucumbers into pieces. 5. spread two layers of plastic wrap on the table. 6. mix whites with 1 tbsp mayonnaise. lay out as the first layer on the wrap in a rectangular shape. then the layers: yolks, press down with a spoon, salt; avocado – salt – mayonnaise; pickled cucumbers, fresh cucumbers, onion – mayonnaise; meat – mayonnaise. 7. wrap the roll using the film. first make a turn from one edge, then from the other edge, pressing firmly. tie the ends like a candy. 8. refrigerate overnight. 9. before serving, remove the film, smooth the base with mayonnaise and a silicone spatula, and decorate
