Stuffed champignons
ingredients:
large mushrooms 5 pcs
spinach bunch
onion (optional, I didn't add it)
cooked meat 100 g
cream 200 ml
cheese 80 g
oil for frying 10 g
salt, spices, garlic
preparation:
1 clean mushrooms, remove stems, clean inside.
2 finely chop mushroom stems, fry in oil. add spinach, chopped meat, salt, spices. stew until spinach is tender.
3 add cream, stir, stew for 2-3 minutes.
4 fill mushroom caps with the filling, place them in a baking dish and bake at 180°c for 20 minutes. take mushrooms out of the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese, bake for another 10 minutes until a cheese crust forms.
