stuffed cauliflower
ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
500g ground meat (turkey breast, in my case)
0.5 onion
herbs
50g cream
30g butter or fat
50g cheese
preparation:
1. separate the cauliflower into florets, boil in salted water until half-cooked.
2. prepare the ground meat, add salt and spices, mix. add grated onion, chopped herbs, and cream to the meat, mix.
3. form the resulting mixture into a ball, flatten it slightly, and place it on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
4. cover with cauliflower florets, pressing them into the meat so it resembles a head of cauliflower.
5. drizzle with melted butter or fat and bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 40-50 minutes.
6. after the time is up, remove from the oven, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with grated cheese, and return to the oven until browned.
