Low-carb zebra pie 🥧
for the chocolate dough:
almond flour 50g
coconut flour 20g
cocoa 25g
3 eggs
butter 50g
20% sour cream 100g
sweetener
1 tsp baking powder
for the cream cheese dough:
cream cheese 250g
soft cottage cheese 150g
1 egg
sweetener, vanilla
instructions:
1. for the chocolate dough: mix the dry ingredients.
2. mix eggs, melted butter, and sour cream with a mixer.
3. add the dry ingredients, mix.
4. for the cream cheese dough: mix all ingredients with a mixer until smooth.
both masses should have approximately the same consistency.
5. in a baking dish (mine is 22 cm in diameter, but it's better if the dish is taller), alternately spoon the dough, one on top of the other, until all the dough is used.
6. bake in a preheated oven at 160°c (320°f) for 40 minutes. cool completely and refrigerate for several hours to stabilize.
