Low-carb Raffaello cake
ingredients:
eggs, 4 pcs (size c0)
sour cream, 20%, 250 g
coconut flakes, 100 g (may need a little more, depending on fat content and grind size)
sweetener, vanilla
preparation:
1. whisk eggs with sour cream.
2. add sweetener, vanilla, and coconut flakes, mix. let stand for 20 minutes. transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
3. bake at 180°c for 35 minutes.
4. remove from oven, cool, and refrigerate for several hours to stabilize (the pie takes on a completely different flavor after stabilizing in the fridge)
