broccoli with mushrooms
ingredients:
broccoli 300 g
mushrooms 250 g
ghee 15 g (for frying)
herbs 10 g
sesame seeds 5 g
soy sauce (sugar-free) 20 g
apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp
salt, spices, garlic
nutritional yeast 5 g (optional)
preparation:
1 separate the broccoli into florets. boil in salted water for 4 minutes. place in ice-cold water (to keep the bright green color. this is optional, you can cool it in the usual way).
2 cut the mushrooms into large pieces, into 2-4 parts (depending on the size).
3 fry the mushrooms until golden brown on high heat in oil.
4 add the broccoli, soy sauce, salt, spices, and apple cider vinegar to the pan, mix. simmer slightly.
5 serve sprinkled with chopped herbs, sesame seeds, and nutritional yeast.
