we're cooking today meatballs in tomato sauce with zucchini spaghetti
ingredients:
500g ground meat
1 onion
herbs
25g cooking oil
salt, spices
150g pureed tomatoes (or tomato sauce)
250g zucchini
40g parmesan cheese (or any hard cheese)
1 garlic clove
preparation:
1. prepare the ground meat, add finely chopped onion, salt, spices, and chopped herbs. mix well
2. form meatballs, fry in oil on both sides until golden brown. pour in the pureed tomatoes, add salt and spices, and simmer under a lid for 10 minutes
3. melt butter in another pan, add finely chopped garlic, and stir
4. add the zucchini cut into spaghetti shapes (using a vegetable peeler or a special grater), toss to mix, and remove from heat
5. place the hot meatballs over the zucchini, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped herbs
