Woke up to the worst thing ever. Not sure how or when but my Mac screen started to twitch. Man 😓.

Anyone have an idea of this? I repaired the screen but my color is not messed. Hardware guy is convinced it not from the screen. 
My normal colors seem fine (like Icons, external app colors) but things like close, mininmize, maximize buttons are greyed out, switch button also greyed out. 
Asked GPT and it's giving me things I already tried.

Man I’m almost regretting. And it’s super weird. My icons, text colors, image colors, all seem fine (no evidence of decoration or greying at all) . Might just reset the whole thing
