When done in an integrative & holistic manner, rather than one of categorization (like the DSM) & medication (like the APA), therapy & psychotherapy is a wonderful tool to enhance anyones understanding of their lives.

As someone who’s interested in human behavior what Easy book would u suggest ?

Im still exploring books myself idk if i have recommendations… but I do have some ted talks I can recommend!
