If you opt for the second, here are some tips:
• The most profitable activity in the game is farming mobs. Killing monsters brings more experience than quests or chopping trees.
• Collect and sell everything – you can sell items to traders in the building below the starting location.
Important: To chop trees, you’ll need an axe. You can find an axe in a chest at the starting location or buy one from a trader. Keep in mind that chopping trees isn’t the most profitable activity because it takes a long time and provides little experience.
• You can choose the PvP server – there are fewer people, and you can abuse the chest that spawns in the starting room, gather and sell weapons from it, and buy stronger equipment.
