Spent the day at Code with Claude. Brought six of the best HARD MODE teams with me to SF and we ran a showcase of hardware x AI projects. Definitely seeing more excitement around physical things. Also heard an interesting like around products reaching saturation when tech gets too good. Which makes me think: chat >> agents >> things
