Trump's son Eric-backed crypto firm American Bitcoin raised $220M to buy BTC and mining gear. Last week, it sold shares to private investors, with $10M worth in BTC instead of cash. Major shareholder Hut 8 plans to take it public by merging with Gryphon Digital. Hut 8 handed over mining equipment for an 80% stake earlier.
