Building an on-chain lottery and the hardest part isn't the smart contracts.
It's trust.
Every user's first reaction is "this is a scam" — and honestly, they're right to think that. Most lottery projects are.
So instead of saying "trust us," we made everything verifiable. Every draw uses Chainlink VRF with on-chain proof. Every prize is locked in a contract we can't access. Every result is auditable by anyone.
The pitch isn't "we're trustworthy." The pitch is "you don't have to trust us."
Turns out, removing yourself from the trust equation is the hardest sell and the strongest moat.
