The hardest thing about building in public when you have zero followers:
You’re essentially journaling.
No replies. No engagement. No signal that anyone is listening.
But here’s what I’ve learned: the posts you write to nobody are the ones that define your voice. By the time anyone is listening, you already know what you stand for.
Building CyberLotto taught me the product is the easy part. Finding the words to explain why it matters — that takes longer.
