Noice is a tip mini app.  You can add it from the mini apps screen, once added, you can configure a coin, any coin you want, to be transferred to someone when you interact.  Once you allow your coin to be used for tips in the app, you set the amount of that coin that goes to each person you interact with.  Different values can be set for likes, comments, recasts, quote cast, and follows (that covers all 5 actions).  You can start with USDC and set the value really low to start, even .0001 USDC I believe.  

I set up my tipping in Beni, you will see that transferred to you when I interact with your casts.  You can check the 'activity' tab inside your farcaster wallet to see those people sending to you via Noice.

Easy. If you noice, you get noicely tipped but other noice people of farcaster. You can also be noice tipoor if you configure you noice tips in noice mini app. You can tip with noice coin or you can tip with all other coins even if they are not noice. Sounds noice right?
