Hello, friends. I've found some interesting information and decided to share it with you. Scientists from the University of Hong Kong have learned to print functional organ tissues! They don't just print biomaterial, they incorporate "mini-organs" grown in the laboratory from the patient's stem cells. This reduces the risk of rejection. Currently, the team is focused on restoring the respiratory tract, but they plan to expand their scope in the future. It would be fascinating if new organs could be printed like LEGO pieces in the near future. Technology is constantly evolving. I think this is a promising area. What do you think about?
