“Insectageddon”: entomologists predict “half the tree of life” could soon be wiped out with our unprecedented “catastrophic” insect ecocide. Amazing article by Tess McClure from the Guardian. Pesticides, industrial agriculture, fertilizers, light pollution, and habitat loss are killers. Will they recover?

Small beings matter but we don't know it yet. We can understand what we are doing to the planet when we eat beef-flavored protein pills and mixed vitamin and mineral pills with lettuce, onion, and tomato as burgers, alongside synthetic carbohydrate pills 😔

Yah. But on the bright side, lab grown meat is the future because we’ll be able to free up land that will hopefully be returned to the wild and massively reduce certain emissions just from feeding livestock (and their farts lol)

Since 2 years I started to try plant base burgers to prepare myself to a new world without real meat :) (My favorite is still Beyond Meat)
