All about yesterday.
Won the Bowen University Teaching Hospital champions league with an equalizer from the team captain at exactly 90+3. That took us into extra time and we won on penalties.

Our opponents scored from a direct corner kick which caught us unaware and up till the last minute, we were literally chasing nothing. It was a very hard game. 

Went to clerk right after and got food then a stroll. All happened and I felt so good till about 3 hours after the game when I started having hamstring pain, muscle cramps and excruciating ankle pain. 

Yet to see a doctor, the pain seems to be at every joint now but still had to work. Sometimes I wish I was just somewhere flippin coins.
