Whale and institutional wallets purchased over $800 million worth of ETH, pushing the price above $3,100.
One of the largest buyers, wallet address 0x9684, purchased 27,806 ETH, valued at roughly $85.57 million, from FalconX just hours before the surge intensified. In total, the same wallet has accumulated 68,141 ETH (worth approximately $213.8 million) over the last four days.
Another whale, wallet 0x35fb, has acquired 80,312 ETH, or $252 million, in just six days, with a notable $25.17 million tranche bought directly from Kraken earlier today. A third buyer, 0x3c9E, has steadily added 26,000 ETH (around $73.45 million) to their holdings across a 12-day period.
The most eye-catching purchase spree, however, comes from known institutional player SharpLink. According to Lookonchain, SharpLink added 6,377 ETH (valued at $19.56 million) in the past 24 hours alone.
