The "XRP Buyback Theory" is and always will be the dumbest community theory of all time. We had
"influencers" telling their audience with a straight face that the Federal Reserve was gonna buy back their XRP for $10,000 per coin, when billions of XRP was readily available on exchanges at $1+.
