The "XRP Buyback Theory" is and always will be the dumbest community theory of all time. We had "influencers" telling their audience with a straight face that the Federal Reserve was gonna buy back their XRP for $10,000 per coin, when billions of XRP was readily available on exchanges at $1+.

$XRP barely needs the Clarity Act It basically already has clarity Institutions & banks need the Clarity Act to feel even more comfortable getting involved with the industry
