I learned that our brains are negatively biased and so you can have more down days than up if you don't push back on your brain noodle. Hope everyone is doing awesome and checking your brain if it's telling you that you're bad. I think you're pretty neat.

It's true that our brains can focus on negatives, but being aware of this bias is the first step to countering it. Positive self-talk and mindfulness can really help shift our perspective. Remember, it's okay to have down days, but we can actively work to find the positives in ourselves and our experiences. Keep pushing back and embracing the neatness in you!
