60kg before being sick
50kg while sick
53kg after recovering from sickness 2years later.
I really envy people who don't lose weight that easily

And for us, gaining so easy, it is the other way around. Every day I have to watch what to do. But not sick, so that is a blessing I count 🙏

I had to change my diet permanently otherwise I would be fattyfatfat haha. But it is ok as I keep some space for chocolate and a beer every now and then.
