This hurts 😅 📚 Ever wondered why you feel that sudden shock pain when you hit your elbow? 🤔💥 That spot is where the ulnar nerve passes through a narrow groove in your elbow called the cubital tunnel. Since there’s very little muscle or fat protecting it, a hard bump directly compresses the nerve. The ulnar nerve carries sensation to your forearm, ring finger, and little finger, which is why you feel that sharp zap running down your arm ⚡️. This is what people call the “funny bone” — but there’s nothing funny about the pain! 😅
