That’s a long time without sugar. Have you noticed it helping much?  

Yeah man going off and on throughout the years with lifting it’s crazy seeing how fast you can get that strength back with a little persistence and effort

Hahahaha, I feel that, as someone who’s been pretty jacked in the past, it’s always nice how easy it is to put on some muscle quickly again since those fibres have been torn before.

And yup, no sugar since early April, with 3 cheat days so far, one of which was accidental 😂
