Stopped stimulants (adderall, most caffeine) for 8 days so far, here is what I learned. They are only good short term. Then they cause the exact thing you are trying to fix: Brain fog Procrastination ADHD OCD Anxiety/paranoia Indecisiveness Staleness/lack of creativity Depression If you are going to quit them, I recommend a stack of supplements: COQ 10 Omega-3 L-Tyrosine Magnesium ALCAR HCL Rhodiola Rosea B Complex Methylated Creatine It sucks but it gets better
