It’s stronger to take the harder decision than the easy one. She made the right decision. Our bodies are precious and we need to cherish them and protect them. Our mind as well. When we need rest and recovery, we need rest and recovery.
She reminded me of the GOAT Simone Biles and her decision to take some seasons off even during the live broadcasted Olympic event. That’s strength.
