Функції держави на блокчейн - так. ДАО для керування державою - ні, але... Я дуже багато часу присвятив побудові одного ДАО (реально децентралоізованого) з нуля і можу сказати, що система ДАО не працює. Все одно має бути ініціативна група людей, які будуть пушити ідеї. А після цього ще і розподілення нагород або оплата праці... це дуже складний процес при децентралізіції. Але, якщо кожен голос громадянина токенізувати, тоді можна запровадити систему ДАО з делегатами. Делегатами будуть як депутати. І можна буде анбондити голоса, щоб їх доствоково звільняти.

First, these funds were originally held as ZK tokens in a contract. Second, swapping ZK for ETH created significant sell pressure. Now, this buyback would create buy pressure, which benefits holders and strengthens the ecosystem. Було б не погано, аби на державних АЕС майнили біток на надлишку електроенергії. Це би і наповнювало крипторезерв, а не купівля з ринку, імхо. Ну і зараз енергосистема вже не та. =\
