zkSync DAO | Authorization for Security Council to Convert Recovered ETH into ZK

I do think the Security Council should convert the recovered ETH into ZK. 
First, these funds were originally held as ZK tokens in a contract. 
Second, swapping ZK for ETH created significant sell pressure. Now, this buyback would create buy pressure, which benefits holders and strengthens the ecosystem.
