As a passenger of the Utair flight from St. Petersburg to Moscow told Ostorozhno Novosti, the departure, which was supposed to take place at 21:30, has already been delayed by four hours. Since 17:00, temporary restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft have been in effect at the airport, since then the departure of almost all flights has either been delayed or cancelled.
