In 2004, I would be appointed (once again) by President Bush to serve on a Commission to advise Congress and the White House on the future of NASA, which led to this report:

At no time was basic Science viewed as an expensive luxury in need of a chainsaw

Dude you constantly s*** on humanity saying that will never reach the stars and yet you claim to hope for exactly that. So which is it Neil? Are we doomed to extinct ourself?  I highly doubt you had any useful input to NASA. More likely it was a publicity stunt.
