Day 4: glutes-focused legs

Started today off feeling a little stiff (in my muscles, perverts) so spent some time stretching which felt good

Then went on to crush some leg press, calf raises, and RDLs (note to self: need to get straps, grip was struggling a bit)

Day 5: arms

Proud of myself for sneaking in a workout at the hotel gym in Boca, old me would’ve just written it off as vacation and not even tried

This is me after my last round of sprints, heart rate 200, dying but not dead ↑
