1. Make allowance require a 3 month lockup

2. Make part of allowance depend on amount staked

Instead of giving tips once per month 

Let received tips be claimable non stop, but make it so that whatever you get tipped, gets vested over 3 months at 1.11% per day

Cutting allowance by 85% is good imo, makes the airdrop more saturated. Rather than some specific set of people amassing loads of degen and that increases the risk of more market manipulation.
